How does it work?

4D Monitoring does not replace your BMS. Instead, specialised sensors are fitted directly to key equipment in order to monitor the building environment and plantroom performance. These sensors are connected to 4D Monitoring Gateways, which collate the data and send it securely to our portal, via the Cloud. The data can then be accessed remotely at any time.

By recording the performance of key assets over time, we can quickly identify where wastage is occurring, and provide you with actionable insights so you can optimise your building and plantroom operation.

Our 24/7 analysis centre will also alert your maintenance organisation about any problems – such as high water temperature, so you can fix problems before they become serious.

The portal

All that data can be shared with facilities managers, site operators and agents for use in reports or to monitor key performance indicators.

Building performance reviews

To ensure asset and environment efficiencies are always being looked for, 4D Monitoring will proactively review asset usage data and provide quarterly recommendations for further changes. Contractor engagement with the system is also tracked, to ensure issues and recommendations are followed up.

Training

We will train your contracted engineers on the installation and operation of 4D Monitoring technology, and give them the tools they need to interpret 4D Monitoring data for themselves.

This puts the power straight back into your hands, and means issues can be diagnosed and resolved quickly.
