4D Monitoring shortlisted for national PropTech award.
4D Monitoring has been shortlisted for PropTech Company of the Year at the 2018 Property Awards.
To be shortlisted, 4D Monitoring had to demonstrate a proactive use of technology to disrupt the property sector and transform the way it operates. Evidence of genuine innovation over the past year had to be presented, as did a robust business model, strong financial forecasts and proof of engagement with the industry.
Barry Jones, 4D Monitoring’s Operations Director: “We are delighted to have been shortlisted for this award and believe 4D Monitoring meets all of the entry criteria.”
“The solution is in a state of constant innovation. We are working with some of the UK’s largest Managing Agents and Property Funds to find new ways to monitor building performance.”
“As well as providing exception reports and sending auto-alerts about critical issues, 4D Monitoring also uses a traffic light system to incentivise ongoing contractor engagement. This means insights are always turned into actions, and a continuous process of building optimisation can be achieved.”
